I run shadowstrikes,savage strike,tainted spike, assasinate.
for now i'm using greater fury boost(149dmg), scratch boost (11% chance to buff 20% physical dmg),evervate boost (+2mana, 12% chance to poisen 2 turns)
i'd say best boosts for Mantavol would be Tank boost '1600hp' since Mantavol lacks in hp , breather, briar like most curio's
i start my fight with Shadowstrikes > Savage strike > tainted spike > assasinate > savage strike > tainted strike usually kills the current curio and has weakened another inactive curio.
